All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

2. Estimates and Quotes

We offer free estimates for our services. When you request an estimate:

  • Estimates are provided based on the information you supply and any site assessments we conduct
  • Estimates are not binding contracts unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement
  • Actual project costs may vary based on site conditions, unforeseen complications, material costs, or changes to project scope
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified

A formal contract or work order will be provided before work begins on your project.

3. Project Scope and Changes

Once work has been agreed upon:

  • Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing or verbally confirmed
  • Changes may affect project timelines and costs
  • We reserve the right to pause work if scope changes require re-evaluation or additional agreements
  • You will be notified of any material changes that impact cost or timeline before proceeding

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally:

  • Payment schedules may include deposits, progress payments, or payment upon completion depending on project size
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of work
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed

Specific payment terms will be discussed and documented before work begins.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However:

  • Weather conditions, equipment availability, permit delays, and unforeseen site conditions may affect timelines
  • We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as possible
  • TexTerra Solutions is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • You are responsible for providing clear site access and any necessary permissions or permits

6. Property Access and Responsibility

When we perform services on your property:

  • You grant us permission to access the work site with necessary equipment and personnel
  • You are responsible for identifying and marking underground utilities, property lines, and any sensitive areas
  • We recommend contacting Texas 811 before excavation work begins
  • You should secure or relocate any personal property, landscaping, or structures that may be affected by the work
  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or undisclosed site features

7. Liability and Warranties

TexTerra Solutions is committed to quality workmanship and professional service. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues not reasonably discoverable during our assessment
  • Our liability is limited to the repair or correction of defects in our workmanship within a reasonable time after project completion
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper site information, failure to mark utilities, or acts of nature following project completion
  • Any warranties or guarantees will be explicitly stated in your project contract
